Sometimes everything just goes right in real estate. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it is worth all the effort and training that are applied to achieve that result.

Not every day, but many days, my clients ask me about credit scores. Here’s some good advice: Your credit score is a determining factor in whether you obtain financing and at what cost.

As a Main Line Real estate agent, I often hear, “We like to research the homes for sale in the area online and then go to open houses to see what our money will get us. We see no reason to hire an agent for that. We don’t want to waste their time until we see something really good.”

As a Main Line Real estate agent, I often get asked about homes that need work. The question may be phrased “Can I get a loan to buy and fix up this house that I otherwise love?” Or, “Can I borrow to make repairs that I think my house needs before I can put it on the market?”

Who doesn’t love a house with a porch? It just says: Welcome to our home! Here on the Main Line, many of our best neighborhoods boast porches of all shapes and sizes. This Main Line Realtor loves a porch so much that I had one added to my house where none existed before. Now almost every night, I can greet my neighbors as they walk their dogs or their children (or both, in many cases) down my street.
