The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently reported that builders’ and developers’ year over year confidence in the 55+ Single-Family Housing Market has been increasing since 2012. Boomers have worked hard and earned their chance to relax. They want up-to-date amenities and conveniences. So focus on entertainment area upgrades, like adding sound systems to movie rooms, or creating a well-lit craft or hobby room.
