Linda Walters formed Sage Realty to help home buyers by giving them an advocate for them, instead of the way the industry developed - based on representation of the seller only. Even now, buyers have fewer rights to fiduciary care in most transactions. Having your own agent should cost the buyer absolutely nothing.  Because she trained at a top law firm and worked for many years as a real estate attorney, Linda knows all the ins and outs of real estate. She is used to being on the client’s side for the entire process.  Few agents have the negoiation skills or training she offers to her clients.                               Sage Realty is a buyer’s agency company. We do not represent sellers. If they are buying a home through us and wish to sell theirs, we will assist them to get the best representation possible in the sale of their home. Linda Walters, the broker in charge of Sage and its founder, is certified as a REALTOR®, an Accredited Buyer Representative and a technologically expert “e-PRO” by the National Association of REALTORS®. She has been trained as a real estate mediator.
