Northside Bryn Mawr real estate continues to be the highest priced, but more affordable homes can be found south of the town center.

Everyone who owns Bryn Mawr real estate, whether on the north or south side, enjoys the amenities it offers. They include: high-end shopping, an interesting mix of restaurants, a very fine library, weekend farmer’s market and one of the best theaters around. College student from Villanova come for the night life. The Bryn Mawr Hospital offers top notch care close to home with easy parking.

There are probably more institutions of learning in and around Bryn Mawr per capita than any other area of the state. Bryn Mawr College and Haverford College have a jitney service between them. Harcum College is down the street. Rosemont College is up the street. Three well-regarded private schools from K-12 are also in the area: Shipley, Baldwin and Haverford schools. The ability to live close to where your children go to school is another factor in making Bryn Mawr real estate very desirable.
